Terms of Service

Welcome to Optra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Optra mobile applications, websites, and services (together, the "Platform"), operated by Optra ("Optra", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Platform
Optra is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent local sellers of goods ("Shops"), providers of services ("Services"), and hosts of short-stay accommodation ("Stays"). Optra facilitates discovery, ordering, booking, payment, and delivery coordination, but is not itself the seller, service provider, or host unless expressly stated.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
- Sellers and hosts must complete identity and business verification before listing.
3. Orders, bookings & payments
- Prices are set by sellers and displayed before you confirm an order or booking.
- Payments are processed securely. Where escrow applies, funds are held until the order or booking is fulfilled and released to the seller thereafter.
- Cash on delivery is available where the seller offers it; the order remains subject to these Terms.
- If an order is not fulfilled, eligible payments are refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
4. Seller terms
- Sellers pay a subscription fee and a per-sale commission as displayed at signup.
- Sellers are responsible for the quality, legality, and fulfilment of their listings.
- Settlement is made to the seller's registered bank account on the published payout schedule.
5. Reviews
Only buyers with a completed purchase or booking may leave a review. Fraudulent, incentivized, or abusive reviews are removed and may lead to account suspension.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Platform to sell illegal goods or services, mislead other users, circumvent payments, abuse other users, or interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination will survive.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optra's liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amounts you paid through the Platform in the three months before the claim arose. Optra is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent sellers, providers, or hosts.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
